Rocky Anderson has a snowball's chance in hell of winning.  But, does he have a chance to get numbers that are high for a minor party candidate, like Nader in '00 or even the other Anderson?

As has been pointed out several times, Anderson's party is likely not going to be on the ballot in many states.

He doesn't seem to have a base, or even anywhere near the same recognition that Nader has.  I don't think he'll get many votes except from mega political junkies. Tongue

Maybe. I think Johnson will do better, though.

Sure, he'll probably get into the double digits. Votes, I mean, not percentage points.

I'd definitely consider voting for him.

No.  Ballot access.  Johnson will be a solid 3rd place and sniff EVs in NM.

Johnson has a chance of outperforming Nader's 2000 result, but only because more positive connotations are attached to the term "libertarian" nowadays, not because of Gary Johnson. Anderson will be lucky if he can outperform Nader's 2008 result (and remember: Nader made the ballot in 45 states)

No. And if I were to vote third party, I definitely wouldn't vote for some Romney crony...
