Post-debate, post-Perry update:

Romney - 35%
Gingrich - 35%
Paul - 16%
Santorum - 13%

Romney and Gingrich numbers seem much more fluid than they did a few days ago.

I'll do my placeholder thing here for a prediction.

One key point - Mitt Romney is obviously not a student of history.  In politics, you can't run out the clock and expect to win.  That's the Thomas Dewey lesson.  And it's especially applicable in primaries.

While I still think Gingrich blows up enough at some point to let Romney win, regardless (because that is his habit), if Romney loses South Carolina, the coronation will be over with until Super Tuesday at the earliest, and lest we forget, Thomas Dewey did lose in the end.

EDIT (PREDICTION)
Gingrich 40
Romney 31
Paul 14
Santorum 13
Others 2
