Romney gave a very good answer on the Gingrich thing.  Of course, Gingrich handled it well for the base of the Republicans, but that was smart by Mitt.

why didn't Bain stuff come out in 2008?

Romney (wisely) wasn't running on Bain in 2008.

still I'd figure somebody would have oppo'd him on it

They didn't need it.

Santorum's attacks were weak this time, but naturally Romney still fell into it.

Mitt should take a few lessons from Newt how to answer a question in a debate that you're not prepared for, because the SOPA question was a great example of that.

In general, the copyright laws in the US are pretty much stronger now than they've ever been in world history.  And way too overbroad in protecting old copyrights.  If anything, we need better protection of new copyrights (but not prior restraint-type laws) and less protection of old ones.

Of course, SOPA doesn't really deal with much of that.

whoa, SS and I agree on a policy issue.

Used to be musician, well aware of what's going on in the issue, and my experience says that is what needs to be done.  I'm sure we agree in other areas too - don't let my opinion on certain issues fool you - I have my logic for everything I believe.  Smiley

Ron Paul just demonstrated that Rick Santorum has ever quality we've ever hated in Keystone Phil.

Yep, overly sensitive. That's me. Proven by the fact that I've been here for how long as basically the lone Santorum supporter, right?

I never thought I'd remove Assad from my sig.  Thanks, bro.
