Another gazing-into-the-toilet-bowl question.  I guess whichever one is a closer drive to an international airport.  What's the nearest one there?  Chicago?  Minnyapolis?

Fargo has an international airport but no scheduled international flights. The closest real international airport is Winnipeg.

Scheduled one stop service from Fargo to Astana, Kazakhstan.  One customer complained they were packed in like cattle on the Korean Airlines Flight.
