I'd assume most of Chaffetz's supporters would have gone to Hatch over Huntsman.

I do note both polls of the ge in the database showed a potential race of either Hatch or Chaffetz vs Matheson (who isn't running) supercompetitive. There might be an opening for Huntsman here.

Though maybe switching parties would be beneficial...

Would Huntsman challenge Hatch? Chaffetz was Hatch's most probable primary opponent.
