Can we sign up for interviews? What about issues specific to the candidates- could we be prompted?

Is it too late for another entry? I might run as Jeb Bush or Bobby Jindal.

The Republicans have decided to support business interests by supporting union-busting tactics like attacking collective bargaining rights and supporting so-called "right to work laws". These would permit employees to collect union benefits while not putting in their fair share into the union. Thankfully, we've stopped some of the worst offenders by electing Democratic governors in Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, and Florida.

I ask that this paragraph be striked. I don't think it's fair to the GOP candidates in this race to go back and write history like that.

Yeah, the last line is bothering me because it creates big butterflies that weren't Ok'd by me. Stricken.

Sure. Let me know.

You can create the dialogue on your own, but you can talk about any issues you want. Some of the narrative I create you may choose to respond to.

When I used to play these, I posted a few of Bill Richardson's real commercials which were kinda cool. I give points for creativity so w/e floats your boat. If you don't descirbe an "ad" that you imagine having your certainly not going to lose anything.

Brian Sandoval Biography (2010-President):

In 2010, Brian Sandoval was elected to the Governor's Mansion in Nevada, defeating Rory Reid by around 10 points. In his first year as Governor, he proposed a $6 million budget that did not raise taxes, and lowered the size of government spending drastically. He also became well-known for refusing a pay raise, and later donating his entire salary of 2011 to charities within the state. He proceeded to cut spending every year until 2013, when Nevada finally reached a balanced budget. There was an attempt by the Nevada Senate (Went Republican in 2012) to pass right-to-work legislation, but it was killed pretty quickly.

As Governor, Sandoval also was able to sign a bill in to law that would require minor's to notify their parents of an abortion. Yucca Mountain was passed up for a nuclear waste storage facility, which was seen as a big win for Sandoval, who lobbied hard against it. Nevada also has an increased amount of alternate energy being used, looking to solar and wind power. As a former Attorney General, Sandoval has been an avid critic of Obamacare, and still vows that most, if not all of it, should be repealed, as it is unconstitutional. Within his 6-year period, unemployment has fallen to 8%, with unemployment only rising one month during his tenure.

In 2014, Sandoval was reelected Governor with 57% of the vote.

Week 3 is 15 to 21? Seeing as Week 2 was 14-19, that seems a bit odd.

Done. I don't think I'm going to accept anyone else running as a Democrat or Republican (I can be convinced to accept another Democrat or two to even it out).

Question: if some il twist of fate forces my candidate out, do I have a chance of whom my candidate endorses?

Yes.

Today's polling update will be later than anticipated.

As the first primary/caucus gets closer what you're saying policy wise as well as rhetoric is going to have a larger effect.

Just a suggestion: The 1 in 200 chance of getting assassinated every day/"week" seems WAY too high--unrealistically high. Mind making it more like 1 in 10,000?

Yeah, that seems too high. Correct me if I'm wrong, but this game has turns once a week, and lasts a little over a year. Let's call it 60 weeks.

The probability of a character being assassinated over the course of this time period would be 1-(.005)^60, or about 26%.

Is it too late to get in this? I'm considering getting in as Brian Schweitzer, but I'm not sure.
