The thread indicates Romney, but the posting is too scant to determine for sure. I don't have cable and my internet connection is too slow for live feed, so my only source for this debate is A-Span.

My attorney's shall soon be in contact with you on the purposes of arranging a contractural agreement for use of that acronym and of course the $1 million in annual royalties.
