I'm skipping June-August 2019 on purpose just so I can move on w/ the plot
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
09-13-2019: The Zimmerman Campaign has raised a stunning $10 million dollars in the past month. Around 51% of those donations came from PACs, Companies, and/or Interest groups.
The Senator now has $15 million dollars in the Bank. Many believe that he will continue to raise funds, and sit on them until the Democrats choose a nominee.
09-15-2019: In recent light of Sen. Zimmerman's latest fundraising success, ZNN has decided to show the financial state of all the candidates:
John Zimmerman (R): $15 Million in the Bank
Garrett Garner (D): $7 Million in the Bank
Tyler Miawakia (D): $3 Million in the Bank
Manuel Scotia (D): $1 Million in Debt (!)
(!) VP Scotia has had no success in raising funds in the past few months.
In Washington D.C, The Oval Office:
President Halderas-Martinez is sitting at his desk as the Vice President entered the Oval Office.
"Diego, you called me?" said an exhausted Manuel Scotia as he took a sit on the nearby stool.
"Yes. It's about your Campaign." Said the President as he shuffled some papers on his desk, as if he wasn't interested in the conversation they were about to have.
"What about it?"
"It f**king sucks."
"Excuse me?"
"Are you as deaf as you are incompetent? Your campaign is a mess. You aren't the frontrunner, and you are in debt."
"Mr. President...It's not even 2020 yet. I know it looks bad, but I can fix it."
"BS. You had the entire DNC behind you, and $20 million to start off this campaign. You've wasted it all."
"I don't get what you want me to do about it."
"Then you shouldn't be running for President."
"I'm not dropping out. I'm perfectly capable of winning the nomination and the damn election. The donors stopped donating, and Miawakia is stealing my supporters. I didn't just let either happen!"
"Yes you did. I can read off the list of gaffes you've made so far. I mean you've stuck your foot down your throat so many damn times that you make Gary Tylers look like Einstein."
"You're a piece of sh*t Mr. President, you know that? I've worked my ass off for this, for two freaking terms I've put up with your moderate heroism. It's my turn now, and unlike you I'll have the balls to face Zimmerman."
The Vice President slams his fist into the desk, and starts to storm out.
"Manny, you don't scare me. You are a little man. A little, sad, pathetic man. Just wait until your sh*t hits the fan."
The Vice President stopped. "What the hell are you talking about? You know I'm clean as a whistle."
The President pushed back his glasses, and said "I don't take kindly to people sleeping with my wife."
Scotia's face turned pale white. "Who---How did you-"
"Just get the hell out of my office."
"I can explain-"
"OUT!"
Scotia leaves, and heads to the bathroom. Secretary of the Interior Jalen Brown (D-Illinois) bumps into him on the way there.
"Manny, what's wrong!? You look like you've just seen a ghost!" But the Vice President ignored him and ran into the bathroom. He got into the nearest stall, and started calling someone on his Cell.
"Maria, he knows. We're screwed."
BREAKING NEWS:  Vice President Scotia: I had affair with President's wife. ; Will resign and will end Campaign.
Washington's political establishment is stunned as the Vice President admits to having an affair with the President's wife for 3 years. The Vice President had already been facing declining numbers, and approvals as his presidential campaign started to collapse.
Well, we now know why it started to collapse --- The President pretty much ordered the DNC to stop backing Scotia.
Manuel Scotia's political career has just burned to the ground. He has resigned, and he has suspended his presidential campaign.
ZNN will continue to bring you more info on the scandal...
12-25-2019: ZNN has the "goods" on how the Democratic Party delegates will be allocated. In 2020, there will be 5,380 delegates for the Democratic Primary. To win one candidate must win 2,700 delegates at least. Each state's delegates will mirror their Electoral vote count, with a 0 added to the end.
Example: If Iowa has 6 EV's, that means they have 60 Delegates for the Democratic Primaries.
(NOTE: will use 2012 EV's for all 2020 election stuff)
As before each contest we will find out whether their delegates are Winner-Take-All or proportionally divided.
The First three contests (Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina) will be proportionally divided.
In Iowa, you need to win 15% of the vote to earn any delegates.
In New Hampshire,  you need to win 10% of the vote to earn any delegates.
In South Carolina, you need to win 15% of the vote to earn any delegates.
Early Primary State Dates:
1-08-2020: Iowa Caucus (60 Del.)
1-15-2020: New Hampshire Primary (40 Del.)
1-27-2020: South Carolina Primary (90 Del.)
Also forgot to mention:
...Halderas-Martinez nominated Maryland Congressman Ben Hogohlogsk (8th district) as his vice president. Every generic democrat, nothing special about him. He was sworn in on Oct. 15th 2019.
« Edited: March 02, 2012, 04:45:14 PM by RIP Andrew Breitbart! »
1-08-2020: Final Polls for Iowa Democratic Caucus have been released!
Zachariah Polling:
Gov. Tyler Miawakia: 43%
Gov. Garrett Garner: 43%
Undecided: 4%
ZNN Polling:
Gov. Garrett Garner: 47%
Gov. Tyler Miawakia: 44%
Undecided: 9%
WACH Polling: *Special Notice:
Gov. Tyler Miawakia: 50%
Gov. Garrett Garner: 41%
Undecided: 9%
* Special Notice: Since Former Vice President Scotia dropped out, WACH Polling have been releasing biased polls in favor of Gov. Miawakia. ZNN News has decided that it will terminate it's contract with the polling firm. After this poll, no longer will ZNN broadcast polls from WACH. The replacement for WACH as the third pollster will be decided over the next few weeks.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1-09-2020: Iowa Caucus 2020!

8:00 PM Eastern: I'm Hansen Donnelly for ZNN News! The polls have closed in Iowa! And it is too close to call as of right now.

............

12:05 AM Eastern: After a very close race, ZNN can now make a projection...

Governor of Montana, Garrett Garner has won the Iowa Caucus!

Here is the official map, with 100% of the vote in!

Red: Governor Garrett Garner
Green: Governor Tyler Miawakia

Well, Gov. Garner won tonight. And it's thanks to rural, western Iowan Democrats. Garner may have won the state, but he only won 31 of the 60 delegates at stake tonight.

What a great, and exciting start to this Democratic primary! a very close race, and very close delegate counts!

Red: Gov. Garrett Garner (D-Montana): 31 Binding Delegates, 0 Nonbinding Delegates (31 Total)
Green: Gov. Tyler Miawakia (D-Hawaii): 29 Binding Delegates, 0 Nonbinding Delegates (29 Total)

Now that Iowa is over, and Garner has huge momentum going into New Hampshire (but with only a 2 delegate lead!), the Democratic Primaries are now underway!

1-10-2020: Gov. Garner's delegate lead may be small, but his moral win of Iowa has propelled him in the next few primaries:

New Hampshire: (40 Del. at stake) (Proportional)
Garner: 46%
Miawakia: 43%

South Carolina: (90 Del. at stake) (Proportional)
Garner: 52%
Miawakia: 39%

Florida Primary: (290 Del. at stake) (Proportional)
Garner: 46%
Miawakia: 40%

With New Hampshire in a few days, can Gov. Miawakia find a way to get some momentum?

1-15-2020: Gov. Garner keeps on Marching! Wins NH!

Well, it seems like Miawakia is still in this race only because of how many delegates he gets for coming in 2nd!

Red: Gov. Garrett Garner (D-Montana): 51 Binding Delegates, 0 Nonbinding Delegates (31 Total)
Green: Gov. Tyler Miawakia (D-Hawaii): 49 Binding Delegates, 0 Nonbinding Delegates (29 Total)
