What would the map look like had Pat Robertson won the 1988 Republican primary?

(This is assuming Dukakis is the Dem candidate, but feel free to suggest other Dems such as Tsongas and Gore)

King:
Why would Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Texas, and Tennessee have voted for Dukakis given that these are strongly Republican states?  I thought that the religious right-wingers have a lot of influence in Texas and Tennessee.  Admittedly, Montana and the Dakotas were kooky enough to be some of Perot's strongest states, so they may not be as conservative as the partisan voting history suggests.

look at the results in them in 1988. They weren't so Republican back then.

ND, SD: Farm crisis. Also check out ND's current Congressional delegation
TX: Dukakis runningmate a popular TX Senator
TN: Has actually backed the winner every election since (and including) 1964
