I probably couldn't live in MS 2. It's super poor and unlike living in the South Bronx, you aren't near any major cities. It also has awful humidity in the summer.

Wow, there are so many good options.  Probably whatever the Texas panhandle district is called these days.  Or, actually, perhaps the Oklahoma panhandle instead.
