Just looked at the FEC data that was released yesterday:

At the end of December, Romney had 19.9 million cash on hand and brought in 25 million in the 4th quarter.

At the end of December, Romney's SuperPAC "Restore our Future" had 23.6 million cash on hand and brought in 18 million in the last 6 months.

...

Together, they had a cash-on-hand balance of roughly 43.5 million and they take in about 11.5 million each month (Romney: 8.5 million, PAC: 3 million).

So, it can be argued that they had about 55 million $ to spend until Jan. 31 - (43.5+11.5)

...

Romney and his PAC spent 4.5 million in IA, 4.5 million in SC and between 15-20 million in FL.

I have no figures for NH, but let's say 3 million.

Alltogether they spent about 27-32 million in January.

...

That means further:

55 million minus the 27-32 spent = 23-28 million left in the bank

...

Romney and his PAC still have about 23 to 28 million left in the bank as of today (without the operating costs of Romney, which are also very high)

PS:

The other 3 candidates are basically bankrupt considering Romney's numbers.

Gingrich had 2 million left at the end of December, Paul had slightly more than 1 million and Santorum had about 300.000$ left.

And the 10 million from Sheldon Adelson that went to Gingrich are now also invested in SC and FL.
