The biggest problem is the lack of different summer and winter uniforms and respect for local climate differences.  If you dress the same on a mission trip to Tuscon in July and Duluth in January, you have a problem.

See, this appeals to me.  The more ridiculously baroque and archaic the costume, the more it appeals to me.
