Why is this done so often... do you people have microscopes to read it on the screen??? If you want to say something- man up and type in a normal size...

I hate it too clarence.  I may try some kind of innovation, such as posting 'special' comments in the cartoon font that everyone here seems to hate (that is if i can remember the name of it).

Agreed. I am strongly against people typing too small to read.

Yeah that's it you humorous b*****d.

Actually I don't see any difference on my screen between the comic sands and the normal fond, whatever that is.

The whole small text thing is, I think, meant to be like a spoiler alert... too small to be read unless you want to read it, so that way people can't read it by accident. If you want to read it, hit "quote" and then read it and cancel your post.

Or select the section and read it in your Google Toolbar Search Option thingy. Which is easier.

It's clearly not intended to be read.

Thank you for alerting me to the existence of Quick Reply. Now I can empty quote and post Drudge sirens far more quickly. Wink

I've never heard of Quick Reply, and I don't see a button for it on my screen.  I can't imagine how pushing one button could be quicker than pushing another button.

Underneath this post...underneath the "Jump to: => Forum Community" box, there is a greyish box.  Inside the box and to the far left there is some text that is clickable.  It says "Quick Reply".  If it's "clicked", you will have a text box underneath that to type out your "quick reply".  I believe that is the default.  If you want all the fancy shortcut options (oddly, I only use the short cuts to change the size of my text, all the other coding I do with just typings), you hit the reply button on one of the posts in the thread (or just hit the "Preview" button in the "Quick Reply" box).

Thanks buddy.  Nothing there on my screen, under the 'jump to: => forum community' is just an advertisement.

You have advertisements on this message board?  Weird, I don't.  (and I'm not using Adblocker or anything either)

Yes, I do.  Perhaps due to accessing it from the foreign lands?

I have those too when I'm not using adblocker.  No quick reply for me either.

Weird...what browser are you guys using?  I'm using IE....I have no idea what number here at work, but the page looks/loads the same at home in Chrome.  I don't have any adblockers here or at home and I've never not had the "quick reply".  What the hell is going on here?

You work for the government, don't you?  If so, I'm hardly surprised that they haven't upgraded to a respectable browser.
