Marie François Sadi Carnot: 5
Vincent Auriol: 5
Patrice de Mac-Mahon: 4
Gaston Doumergue: 4
Nicolas Sarkozy: 2

Emile Loubet: 2
Valéry Giscard d'Estaing: 1
Alexandre Millerand: 1
Louis-Napoleon Bonaparte: 1

Sarko is eliminated via coin tossing, due to a tie with Loubet (don't complain, fab, you know I was saving him for a quite long time Tongue)

Valéry Giscard d'Estaing

Getting harder now. Guess Faure is the weakest of the remaining pre-1958 presidents. Loubet did after all made the entente with Britain, which was a smart move. But I will go with Giscard.

While he had bad economic policies and was probably an asshole personally, Giscard modernized the country in many aspects. Pompidou was just a useless fatass conservative who brought absolutely nothing.

OK to avoid more coin flipping Ill go with Antonio this time and vote pompous Pompidou (then maybe we can get that blood diamond receiving arrogant, obnoxious aristocrat with the bad bad economic  policies next time Wink  )
Since it is now 3-2 in Pompous Pompy vs.The Obnoxious Aristocrat, Ill change my vote back to Giscard (sorry Antonio Smiley  )

Have forgotten to vote last round, but it was safe.
But, now, if Pompidou is threatened,

No, Antonio, it's just that VGE wasn't reelected (I mean, of course, I don't like him because of abortion, collège unique, etc. but in this game, I just vote on political "interest" of each guy).
