TO THE SENATE: Appointment of Homelycooking as SoFE

Homelycooking previously accepted and was confirmed as the SoFE in order to replace Teddy, who resigned, and, sadly, is no longer with us.

I am hereby appointing, and asking for your confirmation, of Homelycooking to the post of SoFE, which he will serve concurrently with his post as RG.
