I think this is a little too tough.  Someone may make a mistake and now we are go to invalidate their vote?  I won't support that.

The reason I decided to propose this was because the Do Not PM List is a pointless list that doesn't have any teeth. We created this list of protected citizens that didn't want their privacy disturbed, but didn't create any mechanism for ensuring nobody bothers them. I just feel like we should have some sort of punishment associated with breaching that list, or we should get rid of that list entirely, that's all.

Another curious lack of criticism from the apparently self-appointed Master of Activity on someone from his own party. As if we should expect consistency? This bill has become law without Presidential signature.
