I think this is a little too tough.  Someone may make a mistake and now we are go to invalidate their vote?  I won't support that.

I agree with the proposed amendment.  The list does not appear to do anything (while I agree with the idea) because any penalty would be way to severe.  Thus getting rid of it makes sense.
