For me, I guess I would say the person I would be closest to would be someone like Bill Bradley or Paul Tsongas.

I'd like to say Wellstone... but I feel incredibly inadequate when compared to him.

Currently, Bob Casey I guess. All time, I would like to think William Jennings Bryan.

Charles Mathias is my 100% "role model". Besides him - Jim Jeffords, Jodi Rell, Paul Tsongas, Herb Kohl, William Proxmire. Either Democrats with some fiscal conservative streak or very moderate (and even liberal) Republicans. Both categories became much scarcer of recent..... As a result - i am committed Indie, who doesn't want to have anything with both major parties))))

Though I am fond of Bernie Sanders, I guess a slightly better fit would be Walter Frederick Brown. My positive attitudes toward nuclear energy and world federalism probably set me apart from him a bit, however. Many of my views may also be comparable to those of Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela, but then again I have not read quite enough about him to make up my mind for sure.

Hmm this is tricky... probably a mix between Paul Tsongas, Andrew Cuomo, Lincoln Chaffe and Michael Bloomberg.

I would have to go with Dennis Kucinich. Ron Paul would be a good choice too.

I'm sort of like if Mike Gravel and Pat Buchanan produced a baby.
