Miscarriages are not illegal, if that's what all the whining is about.

Actually, wait, yeah, I just read it closer, and the penalty is not for having the miscarraige, it's for not reporting the miscarriage.

It's still incredibly stupid, but at least not as stupid.

I only read the first few paragraphs of the article before I posted, so I didn't even know what the proposal was.

Yeah, it's a stupid proposal that serves no purpose. It's not going to pass.
