That makes three polls showing him up big and five (CBS/NY Times, CNN, FDU, Gallup and Pew) showing a small Santorum lead (or Romney lead with Gallup).

I mean, conventional wisdom says Rick will collapse once again, but with this race, who really knows. I've given up trying to figure it out.

A very disturbing mental image has now entered my head. At any rate, a Santorum nomination would make this a rather...interesting race.

According to Nate Silver, the recent polls having Santorum with a big lead use Likely Voters whereas the ones of Santorum having a slim lead use registered voters.

Rick didn't really collapse the first time.  The original Iowa call for Romney made him a non-starter.
