The previously scheduled special election for the Midwest Senate seat is cancelled. It will be up to that region's officials to appoint a replacement to Marokai Blue.

The special elections to fill the vacancies left by Oakvale and Junkie will proceed as planned, starting Friday April 6.

This election is held in accordance with Article V of the Constitution and with the Consolidated Electoral System Reform Act.  The regular election begins at 23:59 EDT, Friday, April 6, and ends at 23:59 EDT, Sunday, April 8.
