Preliminary Ballot

This election is held in accordance with Article V of the Constitution and with the Consolidated Electoral System Reform Act.  The regular election begins at 23:59 EDT, Thursday, June 21st, and ends at 23:59 EDT, Sunday, June 24th.

A Statement from the SoFE

Please be informed that for all of Saturday and much of Friday and Sunday I will have no access whatsoever to the Internet. I anticipate being available until mid-afternoon tomorrow, and for the last several hours of Sunday night and evening. For this reason, my counting of the votes will not be as continuous as I normally would like. Napoleon is correct. I made a little mistake. A vote for Tweed/Belgian does not count for Tweed/bgwah.
