I didn't realize I had to have been registered here for more than 7 days in order to vote. I only looked at the ''Introduction to Atlasia'' thread and didn't check Article V, Section 2 of the Constitution. My mistake.

Unless a moderator informs me that a given voter has been banned, I count his/her vote.

Just FTR: JoMCaR was banned for ninety (90) days and his socks permanently so. I'm not sure if loss of office holding and voting is automatic and for what length of time, but we'll look into it and enforce it to the extent that we can. I'm also all for reinforcing that his behavior exceeded all limits and we won't have it.

I'll just say that they did some good police work on this one. I think we all knew that something was up with WrathOfTheGods, but I sure didn't connect him to Jomcar.
