I'm really sorry, but I can't constantly be checking that thread to see whether or not people delete their posts. The last notification from Kalwejt that I saw in the Candidate Declaration thread indicated that he was no longer interested in accepting write-in votes. He should not have deleted that post - and he could have simply written himself in if he wanted to change his mind again and accept them.

I wasn't sure if it would have worked with a fourth preference, but I feared if I accepted write-ins it would shake things up (What if I won? I couldn't possibly serve as Senator yet). But I didn't want to let Hagrid and Smilo's votes go to waste now. We got to conserve our forests.

I also considered going as far as to change my display name to Reluctant Nay so as to take Oakvale's write-in as well. But I have not changed my display name since Give em Hell Yank way back in 2010 so I decided not to.

This is the first time I have ever received votes in an At-Large election that were accepted. I am probably the only Atlasian so well established to not have had such in six years of At-Large Elections, courtesy of being a Regional Senator for so long.
