On the certified result, my ballot should have transfered to ZuWo rather than Polnut in the final count.

Not that it matters in this case, but I don't think you can. Not without a court order anyway.*

*I'm presuming that that particular clause in CESRA hasn't been amended while I haven't been paying attention. It's entirely possible I'm wrong and it has been, in which case apologies.
