Voting in the February 2012 Imperial Dominion of the South elections shall begin immediately and shall conclude Sunday, Februrary 19th at 11:59 CDT. Voting shall be conducted under IDS Voting Regulations. The method of voting shall be approval voting.


A voter's ballot is valid only if the voter:

(1) is registered with the Atlasian Registrar General as a voter of a Southern state during the entire time that the poll is open;
(2) makes only a single post in that election thread;
(3) does not edit or delete the post more than one hour after the post has been made; and
(4) clearly identifies the contest in which a vote is intended to be applied.

     As it turns out, I messed up in regards to the Legislative elections. Per Article II, Section 7 they are to be held by PR-STV, and many people, myself included, voted for them using approval voting. As such, those votes for Legislature must be discounted, though fortunately it has no effect on the outcome of this election.

Emperor:

PiT is re-elected Emperor.

Legislature:
MasterSanders-- 3
Taft4Prez -- 2

MasterSanders and Taft4Prez are re-elected to the Legislature.
