Just FTR, Snowstalker got elected to the Assembly. I didn't, because I dropped out of the election.

Yes, I believe that's correct, unless Scott dropped out before the start of this election, which I believe is not true.

It was, also he gave himself first perference in the voting, which means he was still accepting votes after the election started.

Yeah, and to be honest I'm not going to bother anything with a special election, since Napoleon is going to swear in tomorrow. I don't mean to pass the buck on it, but it would probably be best to all be done with the same administrator.
