Do I really? I mean, I say "y'all" because I find it's useful to have a gender-neutral second person plural pronoun in my vocabulary, but people I meet from the north and west often remark at my lack of an accent when they learn where I'm from.

And indeed, but in my experience most of the time I hear "you guys" used referring to females, someone will object that they're "not a guy," probably just because they're accustomed to hearing "y'all" instead.
