Bloc Québécois - lol or Ron Paul
Something like this.
edit: Originally rated BQ as F, but normal scale doesn't apply to them like Ron Paul in US primary.

I graded it in terms of their most recent electoral success rather than how I feel about the policies of the parties in general.

What are we grading them on? Parliamentary performance, policy, message? If so...

Conservatives - B-. Lots of gaffes from certain ministers. Harper's defense has never been compassionate to his opponents, either. Usually they're much better than this. Or maybe this is what Tories act like with a majority.
NDP - B-. Same grade. Nycole hasn't been the best spokesperson, and there's just too much leadership candidates to care about. Lots of the new blood have been great, others invisible...
Liberals - C+. Come on, if you guys are seriously going to pick Bob Rae as your new leader, you guys have learned nothing. Marijuana legalization is a fun policy plank, but if you haven't learned from Christie Clark, trying to out-left the NDP doesn't necessarily work out.
Green - C-. Who cares? What has May even done? Maybe it's because they have such a hard time getting decent exposure, but I can't seem to care. And neither do other Canadians.
Bloc Québecois - D+. I'm being generous. Perhaps if they'd chosen Mourani as their new leader, I'd care more, but instead they choose another crazy-looking Frenchman. I'd like to like the Bloc, really. If they weren't separatist dicks.

If I were grading them on a personal level, they'd all score very low, except the NDP, which would probably only get a B. I'd prefer to wait until after the leadership convention, though.

Ideologically

Conservatives: C; I agree with them on UN-related action, taxes, guns and climate change; disagree on security/police state issues and the way they are spending
NDP: D; I agree with them on trade and soverignty issues, much better clear official opposition than the Liberals
Liberal: D; I agree with them on marijuana issues
Bloc Quebecois: D; I lean toward Quebec sovereignty; disagree on every other issue

Overall, the main parties are pretty bad, but not completely awful.
