Wow, that's kind of ridiculous. The man will have been in office longer than some of his newer voters have been alive. Perry should just stop running.

Except he's been in office for so long that's he's been able to stuff the Texan government with his cronies, so he has way more power than anyone gives him credit for.

'Course, he's an idiot anyway, but a powerful one.
