I think the moderator cabal will have a few questions to ask before, such as:

Do you promise to be harsh, but unfair?

Do you vow to report all posts that could possibly be interpreted a ToS violations and are written by one of our Enemies?

Do you like to drink the blood of trolls at secret rituals?

Note that there are more questions, but those are better kept away from the public eye.
