Just an observation:

I live in downstate Illinois.  Two nights ago, a small town very close to where I live, Harrisburg, was hit with an F4 tornado at just after 5:00 am.  The tornado was more than 200 yards across and carried wind speeds of over 170 mph.  It utterly destroyed half the town, killing six people and injuring more than one hundred.  The Westboro Baptist Church has announced plans to picket at the Saturday funerals of the six people who died in the storm.

I'm not surprised, very little surprises me anymore.  But I must say that it's just so appalling---there really is no limit to how low human beings can be.

Every time they get any kind of attention from anyone, the WBC takes it as a sign that more people are receiving access to their message (and accordingly, suffering a fate of damnation following their near-inevitable rejection of said message).
