Cmon fab! We got 5 Arabs and The Bunga Bunga Man left. Lets keep some diversity in the final.
With your selection it will be four Arab dictators.

I guess he's like me and wants bin Laden out. Berlusconi is already well protected by all the keep votes so there is no danger in voting for him
Of course with Snowstalker vote our plan is going to s**t

What do you have against bin Laden? At least he wasnt a dictator, so he adds a bit of diversity to the final. He would be my candidate now that DSK is gone.

I already told Antonio way back that I wanted DSK and bin Laden out because I don't think they belong in this list considering they don't rule countries, partly the reason why I wanted to kick out the Moroccan guy too. I gave up a while ago seeing that they were wasted votes, but now we are closer to the final and I have more chances
Obviously it's a purely subjective reason.

My problem is that I'd want Ben Ali to go first...
And that I want Bin Laden to go before Mubarak.
So, as Edu has understood it, as Berlusconi isn't threatened in this round, I can waste a vote on him...
It should work. It must work. It will work.
Won't it ?

3-way tie between Bin Laden, Saleh and Mubarak. Solving it with a coin toss wasn't an easy task.
Ali Abdullah Saleh is out
Almost killed by the insurgents, but gets back from the dead...
...to step down on his own.
Round 34
begins. You have 1 vote to eliminate, and 2 votes to keep to cast 1-1.

If you want to know how I proceeded, I tossed the coin twice, which meant four combinations were possible. If I got one of the first three, one of the contenders was ousted. If I got the last one, I tossed the coins again (fortunately that didn't happen).
Sorry for debunking your plans, Fab and Edu.
You came close to reaching your goal, but in the end I finally got to oust Saleh as I long wished. Considering all the tiebreaks that I have "lost" in the past, it was time something good happened.

Keep Berlusconi, bin Laden
Because Gadaffi is the most interesting of the Arab dictators IMO.
Antonio: You spoiled this a little by making Ben Ali immune for a full 5 rounds. Now he will automatically be in the final 3 without actively competing. Let us vote for him in the next round - it will provide a more fair result.

Every contender has been immuned for the same number of rounds : five. I like my survivors to be regular and homogeneous.
And the idea of letting one of the top 3 contenders be selected earlier through immunity was actually planned long ago. What's wrong with that ?

Eliminate Bin Laden
Keep Berlusconi / Gaddafi
I don't use immunities any longer: it's unfair, indeed, as some occasional voters can decide a name is untouchable for some rounds and as it gives an undue advantage and kill suspense a bit.
But everyone does as (s)he wants in games (s)he manages !
One other bad idea I've practised and dropped: comeback rounds
It backfires... I remember I was happy to ressuscitate Beria just to see Lenin back too (and stay !) in my Soviet survivor
Anyway, I'll kill Ben Ali as soon as I can

Osama bin Laden is out
World's top public enemy for (almost) 10 years.
Basically... Don't mess with Barack.
Round 35
begins. You have 1 vote to
keep
. The person with the
least
votes will be eliminated.
