Yeah, what's the point of having Lula given immunity if he's not even threatened at least till the last few rounds.
And yeah, he's overrated Tongue

I don't know why I bother, with only 4 people caring about this.

There were 5 voters including yourself last round, and I somehow missed it Tongue

6 voters is perfectly reasonable for a survivor Smiley

Goddamnit, if DSK gets eliminated so early this survivor has no point anymore...

lolwut?

My criteria after you bumped the survivors is get rid of the ones that aren't president, PM, King, etc of a country and the guys who as I understand hold no real power like the Morocco guy. In fact Bin Laden is probably my next target.

Apart from founding the whole DSK rape story a bit boring and what I said above, it doesn't look like things changed that much. Another frenchie is running it and Hollande still beat Sarkozy Grin
If Sarkozy won reelection then maybe I could consider it's importance Tongue

I understand your criteria about having as final contenders, some politicians who ended their jobs by some unexpected or interesting way instead of a simple, uninteresting election (of course a lot of these guys lost in elections that were anything but uninteresting) and I agree, except that i want them to be in charge of a country, not an organization. If Strauss-Kahn is not eliminated this round then maybe I'll reconsider my selection Wink

Frankly I don't really have a favorite to win this thing right now, it can be several of them Tongue

2 for Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva
2 for Naoto Kan

Somare is probably going out in this round, so no point in voting against him.

And people, Lula should be the survivor. don't vote against him Tongue

Actually, Lula is one of the most boring ones remaining. He was term limited and his party won in an expected election, hard to get duller than that and I agree with Antonio that we should try to eliminate the boring ways people lost their jobs first.

Naoto kan, from what I know, just resigned and then a succesor from the same party was elected by party members. And from what I read in Wikipedia the guy announced his resignation like a month before he did it.
Again, that's terribly dull.

Maybe I missed some, but all the others either lost the job by losing an election to another party or by being ousted by scandals, rebellions or whatever. Which is more interesting than the two named above.

As for Zapatero, I think the PP's historic landslide is worth noting, even though it was predictable.

Maybe it's worth noting, but we are reaching the last stages of the survivor and it's one of the least interesting remaining Wink
