Michigan Primary: Romney 16 delegates, Santorum 14 delegates

This is kind of like in the 2000 Florida election, when they suddenly decided to count postmarkless absentee ballots (some of which were mailed after election day, and of course they favored Bush) when they had never counted them before. The Republican establishment has no problem changing the rules of an election after the fact.
