I'm reading on the Ron Paul forums that by the end of this fiasco they elected unanimous Ron Paul delegate slates from a number of Denver districts; I wouldn't be surprised if Paul had a majority of Denver delegates here. Should be very exciting.

Also, the Paulista's were apparently freaking out in part because of this:

This Brett fellow apparently read through everything so fast he sounded like an auctioneer, which made a ton of people mad so they were shouting POINT OF ORDER to tell him to slow down or something.

I don't think you can make a point of order to tell someone to slow down.

No, I think that would be a question of privilege.

Indeed. A point of personal privilege.

Actually, a question of privilege relating to the assembly as a whole (Robert's Rules of Order Newly Revised 11th edition, 2011, p. 227, ll. 12-22)).  The member did have the right to have it read (p. 299, ll. 3-8).  If copies of the rule were distributed to the members, the chair could properly deny the request to slow down, subject to appeal.
