Here's who I would say (in no order):

Kay Bailey Hutchinson
Jim Inhofe
Joe Walsh
Allen West
Steve King
Pete Stark
Paul Broun
Jim DeMint
Jean Schmidt
Jim Sensenbrenner

ok, I think I might have included too few democrats (partly with the departure of Grayson and Weiner); but who would you put on your "bad" list?

Substitute Sheila Jackson Lee for Jean Schmidt since we won't have to suffer the latter for much longer.

I'd add quite a few of the black Rep's in the House to the list. I'd put Bachmann, Jim Moran(who basically is North Va's verson of Marion Berry), and Gerry Connally in the running also.

I would say that Mike Lee and Orrin Hatch are abrasive, but I just really don't like either of them. Eric Cantor might be abrasive, but then again, he might be not. His struggle to oust Boehner confuses things.

I'm not sure about the rest.

I'm really curious about this KBH choice. She has to be one of the most soporific people in Congress.

West
Wasserman Schultz
Frank
Jackson Lee
Bachmann
Gohmert
Stark
Walsh
DeMint
Rangel

Rangel might be one corrupt SoB but from what I've read he is a rather charming guy in person.

OTOH, Rand Paul seems to be a total prick who is hated by almost all of his colleagues.

Hmm, yeah, I've heard that among Rand Paul as well. Seems to have a lot of his dad in him; especially the combative side.

Well, that's certainly the first time I've heard him referred to as abrasive. I'm curious - where did you actually hear that about him?
