I really liked it, I only wish they made the whole book into a miniseries instead of just a few chapters into a tv movie.

It would be great if they also made movies from the other parts of the book.

But yeah, how would one watch this who does not have HBO? I have not seen it on sale anywhere.

No, but it looked like it was more abut Sarah Palin than the 2008 election.  And the actor who played John McCain looked nothing like McCain.
