Example.

Not a big deal, by any means, but this practice makes multi-directional conversations difficult to follow. It would be nice if something could be done about it.

I asked him to learn the proper method of quoting someone, and he appears to have done so.

page-distorting images and links should be infractable (assuming that the infraction system is to exist).  Tender Branson has done this despite having 5 years here under his belt.

You're correct.  If the link widens the page obnoxiously, there are times it can be infracted.  This is usually reserved for obnoxious stuff, not accidental things.

the current problem comes from linking to Rasmussen polls, which distort the page even if not 'obnoxious', and would advocate for a nominal (1pt) infraction to try to get the problem under control.

Rasmussen polls extend the page so that you have to scroll horizontally on most resolutions, so I don't see it as a problem.

What are some things that are infractable? Are people warned, suspended, and then banned? What is the process?
