Edit: Guess who has spent the most/delegate (of the remaining four candidates)

...surprisingly it isn't Romney.

Ad spending for each candidate to date
(including their SuperPacs)

Romney: $47.3M   ($113K/delegate)
Gingrich: $11.7M   ($86k/delegate)
Santorum: $7.5M ($40k/delegate)
Paul: $6.4M ($189k/delegate)

Source: MSNBC: Daily Rundown

So Romney has spent about half the money and garnered about half the delegates. And once you factor in spending for candidates that dropped out, he has actually spent less than half, so maybe he has got his money's worth. That being said, Santorum is getting a bargain price for his delegates. Ron Paul is getting ripped off (but hey maybe those Ninja delegates will help him get a better deal).

If you limit it to candidates who have won at least one delegate then it's Huntsman, isn't it?

I don't think this is that surprising. Paul's support is a mile deep and an inch wide. His people give money many times but can only vote once.

Did Perry win delegates?  If so, him.

This isn't surprising in the least.

...and as significantly, they can't convert others to their political cause.

Paul needs a plurality in 5 states just to have his name put in nomination.
