Per Politicalwire, she's seeking re-election and cites rising ratings as a reason.

And you're a fucking asshole. How about you try actually contributing something to a debate at some point, or are you too busy kissing Rick Santorum's ass?

I'm hoping Scalise runs, but would be fine with Landry or Cassidy. Dardenne and JNK have their sights set on the Mansion. That said, Likely R with a little help from 527s and Team Jindal.

Never thought I'd say this, but I'm praying for another black-yellow majority, and for the SPD to get shattered.  It's exactly what it deserves.

Leans R. Landrieu is substantially more popular then "national brand" in Louisiana

It's the inverse of however the 2012 Presidential race is going.

Landrieu and Vitter both have 53% approval ratings.

Midterm elections don't always go the way of the prez elections. Unlike Congressional races in prez yrs. I expect Landrieu to go into a run off though and ultimately win. I think SD is the markee race on the Dem side if Johnson does in fact retire.

Hope she has fun meeting the same fate as Blanche Lincoln. Esp, if Obama wins a 2nd term.

Lincoln didn't have the dynastic clout that Landrieu has. Landrieu and Pryor will both pull through. In every poll I've seen, Landrieu's approval is at 50% or better.

Louisiana has turned red in a hurry though.
