Charter schools, anti-cap and trade, pro-life, anti-gun control, anti-gay marriage. Social issues, basically, though not entirely.

Tax reform (if it's really revenue-neutral), Free Trade, Changes in Medicare, SOPA, Gay marriage (as long as he supports civil unions with the same rights as marriage).

3, 4, 5, 7, 8.

Probably could've said gun control ahead of one of those though.

3, 8, and 3rd (as long as we're not talking using the crass gun rhetoric here) and 4th from bottom.

I'd prefer a candidate who took these positions:

- Supports a cut in corporate taxes. (Or even eliminating them completely.)
- Supports revenue-neutral tax reform.
- Supports promoting charter schools and school voucher programs.
- Opposes "cap and trade"
- Supports additional free trade agreements.
- Opposes gun control.

And I could tolerate the following:

- Willing to consider cuts or changes to Social Security or Medicare to reduce the deficit.
- Supports ANWR and offshore oil drilling.
- Pro-life (as long as they're passive about it)
- Opposes a "public option" in health insurance.
- Opposes gay marriage.

These positions are intolerable:

- Supports retaining the Bush tax cuts in full.
- Supports a balanced budget amendment.
- Supports SOPA.
- Supports the PATRIOT Act, NDAA, and warrantless wiretapping.
- Supports indefinite military presence in Afghanistan.
- Supports military intervention against Iran.
- Opposes cuts in the military budget.
- Supports federal raids on medical marijuana dispensaries.
- Opposes amnesty for illegal aliens.
