Not sure, but I think Romney's the only one who has come out in favor of statehood so far. Fortuno's machine is also pretty strong in PR.

CNN projects Mittens will get more votes than anyone else, but then sinks into confusion, because CNN does not know how to project 50% or something. In fact the host had no idea about how delegates are allocated. The 15 delegates must be some proportional thing, but in this case 15 = 20. CNN is just pathetic here.
