Knowing Belarusian "justice", I'm sceptical whether the "bombers" were actually guilty.

Belarus is the only European country to carry out the death penalty.

If you read Russian, that will give you shivers:

For those who don't read Russian, here is the translation.

Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus (in Russian and Belorussian, the rest is in Russian only):

To: Kovaleva Lubov Ivanovna, city of Vitebsk, Repin St. (the rest of the address removed)

I am informing you that the sentence of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus dated November 30th, 2011, as concerning your son, Kovalev Vladislav Yuryevich, has been executed.

You may pick up the death certificate at the Civil Registry office of the 1st of May district of the city of Vitebsk.

(signed) Deputy Chairman Kalinkovich
