Map A is more likely at this point, I think some people that voted for hope and change got what they wanted and it back fired.

To be honest, I think Romney is going to do even worse than Map B.

A
Romney 54.0
Obama 44.5
Others 1.5

B
Obama 55.1
Romney 43.1
Others 1.8

I'll go with B. It probably has a 20% chance of happening while A might have like a 5%.

Neither, but if forced to pick, B is definitely more likely.

You have to judge the scenario that leads to each. A. seems to imply some major Obama scandal or double dip recession. B. would require a major Romney scandal post convention or a strong conservative 3rd party entry.

Hard to say which is more likely, maybe A.  But I keep wondering if Palin is crazy enough to go 3rd party

A, by a wide margin.  Mitt ain't winning NJ, but Obama winning MT, GA, and the Dakotas?  Um, no.

Montana and Georgia are possible. But the Dakotas are not. And neither is West Virginia.

But Romney is not going to win New Jersey, Michigan and New Mexico.

Still, map b is probably closer too reality than map a.

Did it again, Beet, nailed it.

Map A, with a slowing economy.
