If I recall correctly he was for Bush in '04, a hardcore Clinton supporter in the primaries in '08 and then eventually held his nose and voted for Obama in the general election. I'm guessing he'll go for Obama again.

Did he support Gore or Bush in 2000?

bush in 2000.  and dole in 1996. 

obama was the first democrat i voted for for president.

i am about 99.9% for obama this time.  no chance of voting for romney or santorum.  i guess i can hold out some hope that mike bloomberg runs as an independent!

it was with great pains that i switched.

hillary was a driving force in my decision.  plus the gop is...well a bunch of crazies these days.
