Iowa: Chuck Grassley and Tom Harkin (since 1985)
Minnesota: Rod Grams and Paul Wellstone (1995-2000)
Colorado: William Armstrong and Gary Hart (1979-1986)
Utah: Wallace Bennett and Frank Moss (1959-1974)
Idaho: McClure and Frank Church (1973-1980)
North Carolina: Jesse Helms and John Edwards (1999-2002)

No way Rubio and Nelson are the most bipolar current pair. Besides Kirk and Durbin there's also Grassley and Harkin.
