Rubio should be VP because of Florida. I'm not a fan of Rubio's personality though, he's like a GOP John Edwards. I'd prefer Santorum to debate Biden.

If forced to choose, Santorum, but I don't think either would be Mitten's best choice, nor do I think either will be Mitten's choice.

I can't see the great unwashed indie voters going for a ticket with Santorum on it.....I just don't....I'd be happily corrected if someone found a poll regarding it.

There aren't many Cubans in the last four of those states. It is Mexican and Central American Hispanics there. I don't think Rubio would help Romney much out there, though his opposing the Arizona law means he could do well in 2016 out there. Romney has to get the Hispanics on his own.

Romney needs someone he can work with and help him get things done, someone the base will love as much or more then Sarah Palin, and finally, someone that won't bring the negatives that she had into the race.

Between these two, Rubio would be an obvious choice. The primary has been too devisive and Santorum has made too many unpopular statements for him to be an effective VP choice.

Rubio, obviously. Santorum won't be the VP choice. He won't help the ticket anywhere. He isn't even the first choice of the conservatives, rather he was the only flavor of the month that didn't self implode.
