You don't need a friggin "petition" to do this.  Draw up the maps (or ask someone to do it), and e-mail Dave.  That method will actually get something accomplished.  Petitions are only useful when you need a large amount of people wanting something to get it done.  I doubt Dave's gonna object to this if you don't have 100 signatures...

Yeah, unfortunately it's not as simple as just taking an image and shrinking it down to size.

Wish I had seen that before... remind me to go back and change them. To be honest I feel as if the NY shape is full of them, though.
