By the way, why DC is so democratic?

It's filled with government employees.

funny, in a way, when you think 150 years ago, the republican were federalist and the democrats were "statists" (confederalists?)

If the WI exit is true, then PPP has nailed WI.

PPP probably also nails MD.

What a short primary night.

Probably watch Santorum and Romney's speech, then go to bed again.

The Wisconsin exit poll has Santorum winning Democrats who voted in the GOP primary, while Romney's cleaning up among Republicans, with Independents in between with a slight tilt towards Romney.  Santorum also wins both those who say that Romney's "too conservative" and those who say he's "not conservative enough".

There is surprisingly good chance Romney will win all the delegates in MD.  He could increase his lead over Santorum by 80 delegates.  Santorum is already speaking.

Fun facts:

Of the 13% of WI voters who "strongly oppose" the Tea Party, Santorum is winning 34-18.
Of the 11% of WI voters who are Democrats, Santorum is winning 37-19.
Of the 15% of WI voters who "strong disapprove" of Gov. Walker, Santorum is winning 36-14.

I call shenanigans!

Interestingly, for the moment Santorum is ahead in all 3 counties that've reported anything - including Dane Smiley) Actually, Santorum might not need that many votes to get a few delegates there Smiley)

This sucks. I'm tired of this primary. Stupid backloaded schedule messing everything up. They should have held the whole damn thing the Tuesday after Maine (every remaining primary).
